Ruden AS was established in 2007 by Fridtjov Ruden. Already in the same year we received the DnB NOR’s innovation award of 1,3 million NOK for our contributions to knowledge-based business development in Norway, in the sustainability category. Over the last 10 years, we have continued with the development of innovative solutions in applied geology and hydrogeology. Today, 15 employees work with geology, geophysics and hydrogeology in Ruden Energy, Ruden Water and Ruden Geo, from our offices in Oslo and Stockholm. We also draw from a significant international network and operate both in Norway and abroad.

We believe in the sensible and innovative use of science and technology, which characterizes our business. In the development of energy systems, water exploration and borehole logging and geophysics, we lean heavily on methods and technology derived from the oil industry.
